Susan Kelley resides and maintains a studio in Franklin ,Ma.
She is an artist member of the Rockport , North Shore , Cape Cod ,Academic Artist and several other local art associations.

Susan attended Framingham State College for Art Education and studied with the Boston School Painters David Curtis and the R.H. Ives Gammell School under the direction of Master Painter Robert Cormier of Boston for six years, two years in an Atelier on Newbury Street Boston. Susan studied with Kevin Macpherson at the Scottsdale Art School and Joanne Regan a one time student of Pietro Annigoni.

Working from life in oil, pastel and charcoal, Susan paints landscapes, figurative genre paintings and portraits.

Susan has taken part in many solo and group shows and received awards from the Rockport , North Shore Academic Artist,Duxbury and Cape Cod Art Associations. Susan was elected to graphics jury of selection 2001 Rockport Art Association and elected to the painting Jury for 2003 North Shore Art Assoc. Elected to the Membership Jury of both North Shore and Rockport Art Assoc for 2004-2005
the RAA Board of Govenors 2005-2008 and served as chair of the education commitee. Susan teaches outdoor landscape , stillife and portrait classes and workshops privately and through the JCC Fine Arts Dept. Newton, Ma. , Walpole Recreation Dept. and Westwood Adult Education Rec Dept.
